2 Days Return & Exchanges

Exchange Policy

•  We gladly accept returns, exchanges, or replacements of ONLY unused merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and must arrange to send the product back to us.
• We only allow one exchange or return request per order.
• All exchange requests are subject to Ataichi approval.

Return Policy

• Returns are only accepted  if an incorrect item was delivered.
• A valid unboxing video is required for processing return requests. Without this, requests will not be entertained.
• If a return request is approved for reasons other than receiving a damaged or incorrect product, the customer must bear the return shipping costs.
• Refunds are not offered. Instead, a credit note will be issued, valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

• Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7  days of delivery.
• Ataichi reserves the right to make the final decision on any exchange or return request.
